While trying to put a game in, my friend smashed me into the tv screen, and the Xbox almost froze, so we eventually got the CD tray to go back inside, but now it won't come out and the Xbox light keeps flashing.

Sounds like your gonna need it to be repaired if you smashed the disc tray and bent it. Or you could perform surgery on it, but that would probably just lead to destroying it completely.

yea if its flashing red then

1. take out the hard drive
2. unplug the POWER cable.
3. wait about 1 min and plug it all back in

if that doesn't work something is wrong with ur power supply or itis broken and needs repair.
