i dont think its fake, the ballons would have shifted if they were ballons, wemon and men can really get that fat and its really amazing how they do it, thies and lower parts are the most targeted location of fat for wemon and the stomack and neck and underjaw are the most common places for men, so i wouldnt be suprised.
