What I see, is that certain people get away with anything, while others cant do anything.
There has been several instances where another person would use "derogitory" or racial words, but have not been warned. There have been instances where personal attacks have been made, and no warnings have been administered. Me and several others have sent "warnings", but they fell on def ears.
TBH, you have too many admins and mods, and none of them care to enforce the rules when its needed. They only enforce them when they feel like it.
Also, I have had this warning well over 8 weeks. Why is it not removed?

You forget I was a mod since this site opened. I know how the moderation works. Most (more than half) of the moderators (myself included) just warned people who they didn't like whenever they got the chance. No one will admit to this of course, as they are still in power.

We are all probably guilty of that at one time or another. After all we arn't robots. I always like it when people give thier opinions and views on a subject, but some prefer to be... doragatory rather than giving criticism. There is a fine line between flaming and criticism...
I really don't care if people are mad at me, but most of the time it's how they express it that just angers me. I probably did flame a member once or twice, but that was when this community was at its low point where a simple thread would turn into a giant flamewar that we would have to lock. I think the community we have now is getting much better. Sure there are fights and stuff but its all good. I mean I have seen a few debates go on for quite sometime without someone flipping out and getting the thread locked.
Just so you guys know, for the stuff I may have done in the past I may not have gotten physical warning, but I was... I suppose lectured by a few staff members who will remain nameless. So it's not like my actions went un-noticed. If you have noticed I have not done anything like that for probably a few months now. I still don't believe there was an "abuse" of power. If I really wanted to abuse my power... everyone in this forum would notice
All in all there are good ways to handle situations. What K-Rizzle did, I hope you all never do. Ban Dodging just to flame the site/people/ect... is really childish and highly looked down upon by the staff of this site, and I hope the members as well. I really do expect a lot from you guys, and your finally starting to live up to my expectations! Good job!

cyberchink, the forums already keep a recourd of all staff activity, mod or admin.
And only the root admin, Gabrial, can delete them. Him, and him alone.
And so often do I get people that were warned by Sandman that come to me, but they rightly deserved the warning.
A good recent example was in a anime topic, someone posting something alone the lines of
"anime sucks and Bleach sucks"
He was warned for trolling. The member though, claimed that he was just joking and didn't deserve the warning.
Thing is, you don't go to a group of black people, call them niggers, and then when they start beating you up over it go "HEY! I WAS JUST JOKING!"
Whether or not you really were joking, it's just stupid and rude to behave like that.
And for people's information, I was the one that originally banned krizzel's account that he was ban dodging with for a simple reason.
You do not ban dodge.
If you are perme banned, and kindly contact us some time later(a month or two), depending on your offenses, we may remove the ban.
Ban dodging shows us that you have 0 regard for our rules and you will not be ever let back in.
Krizzle decided to ban dodge, and he was imedittly banned for that.
He was originally banned for flaming, which was simply due to his warning limit had been reached.
You break the rules enough times, you will get banned. Simple as that.
There was no "favortism" in it.

Your still not discussing the favoritism related to when justified reports are being made and ignored with specific community members.
Only time I have done reports is when its an obvious violation of the rules. And only 10% of them I have seen enforced.
Also, your only telling me half of what can be done. Its good Gabrial is the only one that can delete staff activity, but what about the cross monitoring of these admins/mods related to the times when these reports are posted?

I don't really see any reason for it to be locked yet, because no actual flaming has occured imo.
I think that many of the mods lock any threads that seem to criticize them way too fast, and instead of trying to deal with problems, just come down hard on people who've offended them.
But those members who are going out of their way to piss off the mods for no reason aren't helping either, though I think they do (for the most part) have fair grievances.
