I need help getting into beta testing for $$$
okay i've wanted to get into beta testing games for years now. i was wondering if anyone can give me a helpfull push in the right direction without telling me to google it. also this is the kin dof thing where you get the game say a few months early and get paid to play it.

now who would you give money for beta testing. o.O i know you want money.(swear at me anytime if this made you feel bad. if you're goal wasn't money then im sorry o.o) but thats just not.. right lol, don't tell me you thought the games had many players because there were getting payed. or ill find your house and smack you with a 17year old pickle. o.O or you're talking about console gaming. i didn't know you got payed to beta test it rofl - _-Originally Posted by shevrock

They used to pay people for Alpha testing Single player games. It's much easier to find someone to sue for breaking an NDA aggreement if you have an actually face with the signature.
But, yeah, those days are pretty much gone. The only way one could find a job as a tester would be to prove you had great skill in game design and a nack for finding stuff.
When people test games, they're not playing, they're hunting the same 3 min map 6 hrs at a time.
