W:ET lag issue

Yah im just wondering is there anything i can type in the console o make the grahics AS CRAPPY AS HUMANLEY POSSIBLE! please dont flame i really just want to fix this lag thanks (yes i already lowered the settings to the lowest on the options.

well you see i play ts one game and when I typed something in the console it really reduced the lag by a bunch though it lowered graphics to a very primtve state so im hoping to do the same thing here
