Hi guys!

Ive got the following problem:
The Rose Client Download: ftp://202.57.118.202/ROSE_EVO_100_123_Main.exe is not working for me. When I try to download it, nothing happens.
I'm from Europe.
Is there anything such as IP Restrictions or something?
Any different host? Help me please!

Second Question:
I am very new to Rose (never played it)
Any advice on what class to choose?
