Why can't i register for pRose?

Well since im trying to register to ph rose why isnt that working? it dosent even take me to the registration :S anny idea? its like lost the connection?:S im from europe and it says it wont block anny europen players Please help me i love rose online xD

But for some reason it's not working right now.
