Default What is the real meaning of amusing?

    I keep thinking it's

    1. annoyed
    2. laughing

Then I asked a few people, some say 1 and some say 2.

    Their answers were:
    1. annoyed: You tried to help your friend just to defeat me? Geez, how amusing.
    2. laughing: You're amusing me haha!!

What is the real meaning? I kept wondering that for a month now.

    amusing...
    err
id say something is amusing if it appeals to someone...it makes them giggle or whatever...makes them smile something
just like laughter or annoyance or any other emotions, different people see it and feel it differently than others...
