Aion, is going on 1.5 years now.
Tabula Rasa is almost 2 years.
Warhammer: Age of Reckoning is close to 2 years.
Conan, about 1.5 years.
It really all depends on what you plan on doing with the game, the engine, and the interface. If your gonna do it from scratch, it may take a very long time. If your gonna "clone" some bits, then it wont take long.
