    It's illegal. I just called EA support and the lady read the TOS and explained to me quite a few times that something like this was highly illegal and EA frowns apon it.

    No law about having an unfair advantage over other players who want to play the game without people like you spoiling it for them.

    Clintons not president, nor do I hope she gets it. (I can't imagine how many stupid people are gonna vote for her just because she female.)

    Has nothing to do with laws. If EA finds that you are hacking the client, EA could ban your CD key, thus making your copy of the game worthless for online play.
