They need to do 3D game with WASD, so you don't look ******ed when you run or walk. Remove stamina for when you run or make it last longer, jeez.

They could make the SAME game in 3D, not a stupid browser base game.
Cool looking monsters with a nice item system.
Make it that you can do high damage, I don't know why but I just like games when you can hit and do like 5K damage and such, but of course make the monsters stronger or else we would one hit everything

Shame andrew doesnt want to change their game engine. Rs would be so much better if it had decent graphics. The current graphics are total and uber crap. Rs content + good graphics = best game ever. But looks like they want to keep the crappy graphics...

I use to play but it isnt that good to me now. The economy is screwed up and they havent even done a tenth of the updates they promised would be done by now. Over 3 years ago they said player housing would be out soon but it only came out a few months ago, all they do is add corny quests and more stupid items that ruin the economy. To me this game is dead

I used to be totally addicted to this game, members and all. I definitely CAN see why they have so many paid memberships. RuneScape is a solid game, except for the graphics. Everyone asks for an un-grindy game with tons of skills, a huge world, and great pvp, and all that is in RuneScape. Sadly, I had started MapleStory while in membership, and I got hooked on that; I don't really see how, seeing as MapleStory is the most grindy game out there, but yeah, I quit my subscription. RuneScape is a pretty good game. One of the main reasons it is so popular, however, is because it doesn't require very steep computer specs, it needs no download, and the membership is cheap at $5 a month.

That's just my 2 cents.

Well I still say it has the gaming needs for the casual player that isnt really into the mmorpg market. Also it's pretty easy to catch on for all ages starting from age 7. And deep down everyone played the game and liked one or two things about the game besides it graphical error.

Different people are attracted to different stuff, but the fact that Runscape attracted 1million paying players says for the game appeal itself~
