It would be catastrophic if I were to date someone younger then 18 years old. I generally like a girl thats shorter then me, but being taller isnt bad as long as its not towering over me. I move around a lot, and if the girl isnt fit enough to keep up with me, then things wont work. So weight is important.
I guess race isnt really all that important, but prefer someone of my own race.
And if your not physically attracted to someone, chances of lasting wont go far.
Also, having a decent friendship and some communication would help a lot, especially when starting up a relationship. Without either of those, certain situations can become awkward. Being friends of the person you want to date also help, so you can have get-togethers a little more comfortably as well.

1) All ages from 16-30 is ok with me, but I could date a 800 year old women if she looked like she was 20, hahaha...
2) height and weight matters a lot to me. She has to be smaller than me, and she can't be overweight or skinny, which to me are both signs of not taking care of your body.
3) Their race is important to me. Not because Im "racist" because I belive that all races suck equally, but I just find some more attractive than others. First comes asians, then comes half-asians, then comes latinos and half black half whites. All other are excluded(I don't find them attractive).
I just need to know that whatever Im dating originally has dark hair and dark eyes. Im ok with blond hair and blue eyes as long as they're the result of bleach and contacts.
4) Looks are important to me. Looks are litterally the "eye-catcher" which sparks in interest in me. The girl has to be a mix of both cute and hot, with absolutely no masculin body structure(like strong chin, and broad shoulders). Apperance should be well taken care of, as I consider people who are "ugly" as people who have not properly taken care of their body. In my opinion, almost everybody has the ability to look ok, if they just bothered, so to me, a person who is "ugly" is someone who's not even trying(or trying to hard and failing), which tells me something about their personality.

- Not to old, but not to young. Either around 4 years younger, or 1 - 2 olders would be fine.

The girl I love right now I didn't know much before,we're in middle school though.And we both liked eachother so much after getting to know eachother we decided to make sure the relationship lasts as long as possible,so we're steering far away from normal middle school relationships.
