Theres recently been a rumor about the making of a starcraft mmorpg and a diablo mmorpg. Theres no proof to the rumor as of yet but I for one would love this to be true check out all the info in the article for yourself

I believe this was a misquote. We haven't announced any specific development plans beyond the upcoming expansion for World of Warcraft, and we don't have any intentions to focus on only one genre or platform with our future games.

Nothing in that rumor is true in regards to Blizzard. If I had to guess, there was some confusion between what Vivendi has planned for its its game division versus what Blizzard has planned. While Blizzard is owned by Vivendi, their game division operates seperately from Blizzard.

the World of Starcraft mmo was a april fools joke, the rumors that i still hear is the diablo 3 game, unknown if it might be a mmo or another single-player/multi-player game. If the rumors are true, i hope they made a new graphics for it, something that don't suck.
