Default To destroy, or not to destroy?

So, I found how to completely destroy someone's computer with the use of a .bat file... problem is, I'm not sure if I should risk using it on him and getting my IP tracked and sued or whatever. My IP doesn't lead directly to my house, it's sorta close but not really (try 30 miles). Should I do it?

    .bat

Those need to be manually ran, and you deserve every bit of it if you're that dumb.

That, and it's a piece of cake to do shit with the command prompt. Just need to look up the language.
