How to get your hair to not stick up while waking up?

Guys, I have a problem on when my hair starts to stick up when I wake up in the morning. Anyway to combat this problem.

Wear a du-rag, I wear them when my hair gets to a size 2, But i usually cut it to a 1 as u can see, here is how one looks like.
And You dont have to be Black to wear them, I suggest only wear them during the night.
