I really like the fisrt two(specially the very first one),hmm,I think to make borders you need to go: edit/stroke/.I think not 100% sure,well try it I guess.

To do border the photoshop way-
Select the whole sig Rectangular Marque Tool, right click anywhere isn't the selected rectangle, hit stroke, any pixel will do but I use 3, check Inside, select color of border, click OK.
