Once again.. a onrpg member is incorrect, its not illegal to have or have knowledge of bittorrents, its only illegal when "pirating software" begins.

I dont have a guide but ill tell you how.

youll need a program to use i perfer azureus but there are others like utorrent, bittorrent, ect.. (google) i suggest Azureus i like it the best

    Download - http://sourceforge.net/project/downl...irror=internap

Once you have that installed (if you azure it requires you to have java, should have it anyway)

Now the thing about a bittorrent it is not p2p which makes it not illegal. There are however seeders and leechers (which is why its becomes questionable) Seeders being people are helping to host the file, leechers are people (like you and me) downloading the file it is important to find a file with a higher amount of seeders and leechers because this means the file is generally safe.

The way a bittorrent works is you have to go to a website type what you want to download in the search and usually it will show up if not youll need to try to find it elsewhere.

If you do find your file youll want to navigate your way (fairly easy) to the download (still through the site) find it, then INSTEAD of saving it (you can save but its easier this way) open it and if you have your bittorrent program installed properly then it should begin to download, and if your using azure then it asks where you want to install it ect.

as i implied the site may not always have what your looking for, so youll need a good list to sites to look through. Using a bittorrent can sometimes be a hassel and is not always faster than p2p in anyway. But it is safer and more efficent and generally youll get good downloads

If you got any questions please ask.

    KCool, use uTorrent.

Go to utorrent.com and DL it.

Once you do that go to *removed*

Then search anything you want. (most likely) it'll be there.

Click on the item on the list of search results below, and click 'Download'.

Easy enough. After it gets down, its gonna open Utorrent (if its your default torrent program). If it isn't then you better set it.

After that, the torrent should start in about 5-30 seconds depending on how many people are seeding or 'sharing'.

Make sure to turn your firewall off during torrenting, or it'll go 25% slower. (which is alot, in torrenting case)

Double post much? You should remove those links, lotsa warez. I think if you can't figure out how to torrent your own warez, you don't really deserve them.

yea, the links to sites that host illegal downloads like that, not allowed, but it's alright to talk about bit torrent itself and how to use it. It is a completely legal service that is actually used for many legal things.
