RF Online PH Free? How to play?

Well, seeing that the NA version of RF Online is going to be free, I thought it would be cool to familiarize myself with the game as much as possible before playing the NA version. I don't know if the LevelUp Games version is free... Is it? I already have a LU Games account, so I would just need to register my account with the game or whatever, then get the client. So, if it is free, where can I get the full client?

unfortunately its not yet free, and they haven't announced any future plan to do so, there's been heavy rumor though that next month when episode 2 update is released it might go free to play with cash shop.
