Ive only played conquer for a good while, now its free to play but pay to win. Only thing I liked about it was that it didn't have that whack a mole type of pvp.

I haven't played Conquerer Online so I can only tell you about Priston Tale.

For PvP, you head to an area called the Blessed Castle where you can challenge other players to matches or fight in Open PK, I personally havn't tried it since I'm a Mage so I die pretty fast so I can't give on opinion on that.

There isn't much Customization though. Well, there are 8 classes and 3 different avatars for each class. There are a variety of items but most of the time, you will be looking like everyone else.

You should still definitely try it though as Priston Tale is a pretty good game. There is grind but for some reason, the grinding is actually fun (ALOT of people have actually agreed on this). I, myself am a grind hater who has played nearly every mmorpg out there and quit about 75% of them after 1 hour due to the grind (if there is grind, I'm gone) but something about Priston Tale just hooks me onto it.

By todays standard, Priston Tale isn't as good as newer games but it is still a great game (back when it came out, it was one of the best).
