WoW Downloader takeing AGES!

I am going to try the 10 Day trial for WoW since I have wondered what it is like. And if it is all it is cracked up to be, I want to play it. If I do like it, I have enough money to upgrade my account. And I would just use my allowence to pay for it every money.

So, who hates and likes WoW? I have hated it and loved it before, but since I haven't played it, I can't really talk. If I turn out to not like WoW, I will most likely try FFXI or something...

I think it will be cool. I just hope I don't get sucked in for months and months... Probably better for me to start at the beginning of summer instead of any other time, anyway... I don't really know that many people since I have been homeschooled for 9 years, so I don't really have anything to do. But I still to push ups, crunches, and other workouts like that. So, I don't just sit around on the internet and playing games all day...

So, yeah... Your likes and dislikes about WoW? And if you don't like it, what other P2P MMORPG do you like?

The title slightly misdirects the point of the thread to a techinical problem.

You either love it, become a supremacist idiot from it, hate it, or hate it with horrible facts. It's a good, solid MMORPG. If you're coming to it looking for something innovative, you won't find it (If you ask me, I don't need innovative). You'll get a patched outfit made from many good tid bits that make it a solid game. You'll either see the graphics as ugly or "Wow, not that many polygons, flat-paneling, or whatever, but this world is massive and beatifully creative."

And for future references, try to steer clear from being a Nelf. Too many people pick Nelfs. >_>

I like the gameplay, honestly everything about it, even the cruel PvP which many hate, just because I like having the motive to look everywhere and be on my feet, and vice versa incase I'm bored and want to ruin some Hordie's questing day.

I dislike Capital city chat, on both sides but it goes more for the alliance. It's hard to find more hard headed dumb****s than in Stormwind.

You may get addicted to WoW like we all have but when you smell the roses you'll feel used and violated like we do.. and you'll want your money back. Oh yeah a tip! When you play be horde! Alliance sucks big time.

Dude, It could become good, don't shoo people away from it. Let them choose there own decision. >_>
