Well, on the positive side at least she didn't say you were like a "Brother" to her. That's the kiss of death. She also didn't straight up turn you down, so there is a glimmer of hope. However, I'd sorta play it quiet a day or two and just be social with her in hopes that she would elaborate more to you how she feels. Then I'd start asking questions, so that you don't string yourself out on a girl who simply wants to be friends.
If all else fails, just show her your penis. That should get a reaction. (j/k)
