Jesus, man, I just taught you how to post it the right way. With VBulletin's embedding feature, you don't copy and paste the code from the Embed section, you copy the link from the URL section and paste it between the [youtube][../youtube] tags.

like so:
[youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L-EyG12LxME[.../youtube]

(The periods are to keep the tags from activating)
