    I started working out yesterday and im going to continue, but damn, IM IN SO MUCH PAIN TODAY(arms, legs, chest)!!!!! T.T it wont be as bad next time right?.?

    pain is good, unless you are in pain because you pulled something from not warming up/down properly.

    Getting a 6 pack abs is one of my goal in life, but ATM it like a mini 1 pack ~.-

    If you rest for a day in between working out, it goes away faster at the beginning. It gives you muscles a chance to heal.
