It hurt so much when i started doing real Phys. Ed.I couldn't do more than 10 abs in 30 seconds.

Now,i broke my class record doing 37 abs in 40 seconds without breaking a sweat.
Don't worry,i used to get that pain in my belly alot but it's mostly gone now .
