I started working out yesterday and im going to continue, but damn, IM IN SO MUCH PAIN TODAY(arms, legs, chest)!!!!! T.T it wont be as bad next time right?.?

pain is good, unless you are in pain because you pulled something from not warming up/down properly.
Getting a 6 pack abs is one of my goal in life, but ATM it like a mini 1 pack ~.-
pain is good. keep working when there is pain. it's the most effective way
The pain will die down the more use to it your muscles get =P. Cheer up and keep working at it, it won't happen every time.
Maybe not one day later,but you'll get used to it,I suppose.
If you rest for a day in between working out, it goes away faster at the beginning. It gives you muscles a chance to heal.
Actually, that's the worst possible thing you can do. Pain the next day is one thing, your muscles have been torn down and are being rebuilt, that's how they get bigger, but if you feel pain WHILE working out then you should stop immediately. You've got to be able to recognize the difference between exertion and pain though, which anyone can.
It's nice to know some people actually work legs instead of just curl, press, curl, press, etc. Keep at it, you will probably notice differences in like 2 weeks, atleast that's what I noticed when I started to work out.
