there have been atleast 3 threads like this recently,
all have turned into pointless arguments.
*sigh*
It's called an opinion, Regain. You should learn to respect them, no matter how much you disagree.
Nobody has made a thread titled "Asians Suck". And if they feel the need to
voice their opinion saying "Asian MMORPG's Suck", it is entirely up to them.
Well? Are you saying that it isn't true? Games like MS and FlyFF consist of smacking rabbits with a stick for countless hours to level. Then, the quests involve MORE smacking. It seems to be a trend in the new games coming over from Asia.
Why is that?
No, this thread is spamming the forums.
Sorry to burst your high and mighty bubble, but there are hardly any threads like that. As well written and persuading this thread is, I'm sure it's not going to change anything at all.
There is a fine line between a heated debate and a flame war.
Obviously.
It shouldn't be about the time and effort you put into it. Its about entertaining yourself. When it starts becoming a chore instead of a means for entertainment, then you know something is wrong.
GW doesn't have that much grind. Last time I checked, it was pretty popular. Of course, that is only an example. There are plenty of games that have little to no grind at all.
You're going to give a really shoddy answer even if I say no, aren't you?
Not if there are things to do to keep you entertained. Tradeskills, good quests, player housing, PvP, mounts, and all that good stuff make the game way more enjoyable then just hitting monsters for hours on end.
Not if there are things there to keep you entertained.
If you say so. O.o
I'd be delighted to listen.
Discovery of the century. I'll phone the media.
Most people would rather play them. That way, you get to complain if you don't like it.
In some countries, money comes in a variety of colors. And MMORPG's can be created relatively cheep. Its maintaining them that is costly.
What does that have to do with anything? If they are so interested in making money and feeding their families then they had better get their asses moving and do what the consumers want, or they are going to be out of a job.
Who the hell are you O.o
