    Start>Control>User Accounts

    Look there. GOGOGO!

Either make it so they have a limited account or add a password to their account that only you know.

i take it the computer you share has: only one use/you two share an account... well, I'm not much of a computer genius so there's not much i can help you with other than, make your own XP account, and make the pass impregnable, something like 2397684roflcopter4867932

That's the worst time sharing your computer with your brother >.<. I hope you'll get your own soon.

Create another account, set a password to the administrator account, and restrict the other account from removing programs. That account will be general purpose for people who want to use your computer, while the Administrator will grant you privileges that will allow you to install and remove files.

The avatar is good...but the sig is still bad.

on-topic: I think you should just tell your brother to stop doing it. If he refuses, break all of his fingers simultaneously. That should get the point across.

But really, the best and quickest solution is just beating his ass when he does that.

Unless he bigger then you o___o?

I would guess it's from 4chan. And saying 4chan is manly...well you can't get anymore wrong than that.

under user accounts menu, you can make him a normal user.
Explore around in that area and you should find all your answers.
