search button might be too short to search "rf 2" but meh...cant blame u too much...also there's nothing of great importances on that page for any1 outside of korea to know...pretty much only thing on there is "new and improve graphics,maps, mobs,chars,skills what ever else" pretty much just new stuff they said but they didnt say much.....

Yup, it is still a mystery for the most part, but the most common answer on multiple forums is that it is a contest where people submit new ideas for an MMO and the winner gets it made. Doesn't make sense to me, but I honestly can't argue since I cannot read Korean.
