    The best thing you could do is rub it with bengay[ a muscle cream] and let it sit until youcan walk with a limp. then go hit up the doctor. I've done stuff like that before, it'll go away eventualy. This morning before i went to get bloodwork done i turned my head to look at the dogs, my neck cracked and the muscle twisted up into a knot. Now i can't turn my head without screaming.

    LOLOLOLOL, I hate when that happens. Its just you pulling your muscles out to far in your legs. The pain will eventually pass.

    I dont have muscle cream but i have this brownish liquid that my dad uses for burises. Do you think i can use that?

    i hate when i pop blood vessel, it usally happens by my thumb on my hand.

    That used to happen to me all the time after working out...

    You guys must be out of shape. The only time I break blood vessels are when I get a deep enough cut. Seriously, maybe your blood pressure is too high and the stress is making them vulnerable. Seriously, like WTF?

    Im not out of shape...
    i didint pop a blood vessel but it felt like one. I dont think i have high blood pressure either and besides i was taking a nap
