Emos aren't created from how they dress. Emos are people who are too emotionally upset with themselves that they dwell on their own pain and forget about whatever the rest of the world needs them for. They're lazy and don't see clearly. Dressing with dark colors and having an emo haircut doesn't make you one, and it still can make you unique as a person as well as unoriginal if you're just doing it because you can't find your own style. But the moment you start telling other people you're emo to try to fit in, you're a joke.
