Troubles with RYL2
Well, my brother wants to pay for one of those Resource Point packages, but we can't figure out how to do it. Each time we say to buy the product and choose which one, it tells us that the Transaction ID is a duplicate and to retry it. We've done everything we can think of and still can't get it to work. Has anyone else had this trouble or does anyone have a solution? Help would be much appreciated!

Whoa i gotta admit, thats alot of neat stuff that comes in that pack. But can u consider playing RYL2 without it, or if u really chose to get it have u contacted them for support?

Well, it's not mine, and my bro made the decision.
And that's the thing, I can't find any support numbers or anything. Seriously, the way the grammar is on their site and in the game it's a wonder I even found the resource points site.

I tried, and no one's responded yet. And I seriously didn't know where to post this! :P Doesn't seem like it's intended for the Free MMO section and there is no RYL section. (at least, not that I can see...)
And we finally found a number to call, but the line was busy and has been for a while now. So...well, my bro's screwed I guess.
