Well, my brother wants to pay for one of those Resource Point packages, but we can't figure out how to do it. Each time we say to buy the product and choose which one, it tells us that the Transaction ID is a duplicate and to retry it. We've done everything we can think of and still can't get it to work. Has anyone else had this trouble or does anyone have a solution? Help would be much appreciated!
