first ever mmo...hmm...thats a tough one.
I guess the first ever mmo that I have played was the infamous browser-based game: Adventure Quest (LoL) that was a fun game I tell you, even though I didn't bother buying any of those enticing items with real money...

Then i Got my hands on Counterstrike =) loved it till steam came out
