We admitted lag is a big problem and we are trying our best to solve it.
But we do need time to hire/move servers into the US.
So many things must be thought over BESIDES THE COST.
For example, should we employ some American staff to take care of our dear servers? And how can we find those capable guys?
Please be patient.
Players don't want lag to prevent their play, and we don't want it to prevent our game promotion. We are trying our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.
