Not to mention the revealing mage gear. But things being covered up in WoW is probably more of step by Blizzard to make the game acceptable by more chinese parents for their kids. Creators of PW probably weren't thinking about the marketing aspect of it as much as Blizzard, that or they aimed it for older audiences whereas Blizzard was just aiming for as big an audience as possible.
