It's called sleep paralysis, not Hypnagogia. I get it occasionally too. You can't get rid of it either, because it's not a disease. So for now, just get some over-the-counter sleep medicine.

I'm almost positive that typing a long password is much less time consuming then making a new account.

This is PERFECTLY NORMAL. I repeat, PERFECTLY NORMAL.

My brother has the same thing, and he's very healthy. Don't worry about it! It's also known as sleep paralysis.

I get this from time to time, For me i just start breathing heavily and can only move my head.Im aware that I am asleep and dreaming which feels really weird because im fully conscious of everything.

Personally i ve been trying to figure what triggers this, i would like to be able to control this state so ican control what i dream about.Sounds dumb i know but, hey when i have a good dream, i have a good day.

i had this before when i was under some major changes in my life and i was under stress? sounds familiar?

i talked to my doctor he said it could be normal or it could get into those sickness where people start falling asleep uncontrollably.

try going outside doing more physical activities and it'll stop over time. Also try to relax yourself instead of stressing over things

I've suffered with this ever since I was an infant.

I was taken to the doctors after my parents would run in to see what I was screaming about.

I would always wake up, unable to move, unable to scream or cry. It's like I was looking down on myself some times.

I would always see some skinny ugly looking thing on top of me, as if it were strangling me.

Maybe the link I provided can help.
