Deco Online Business Hour !?

Business Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

I found this when i press the Customer Support Section

Maybe they'll working hours are As above? because at 6pm i saw them just post 1 and announcement thats all

well if they are working 8 hours mon-fri then they should make good progress in fixing the game....unless the problem is huge and they are having a hard time finding a solution or whatnot~

let's just be patient guys~ do something else productive while waiting, like...read a book, go out, watch a movie, play another game, listen to music, etc~

www.decoonline.sg Both of them can't work and im not authorized to get in And thats where the patching *Site*

And if we can't access to the Patching Database Meaning no game for us ! maybe they are fixing the frigging internet

But not for the players.... Normally CB-OB Server let us download the patch first and wait for the login to work when they on the server but this one is totaly different we can't even download i hope this solve alot of confusing people

though my english is bad Im a korean / singaporean

OR maybe the problem is that they haven't opened the servers yet, as they announced. It's as simple as that.

Also, that may just be the times for when customer service is available. I'm sure they don't have the same people working on the game and servers directly, as they do answering e-mails, phone calls, etc.

Hmmm, they did not post their office address, did they? Else they will have a horde of people waiting outside their office the next day.

It is 2330HRS at Singapore. I believe the servers will be online the next day, so that will be another 8 to 10 hours of waiting.

I regretted deleting my *** version of DECO online. Now I will have to go through 800+ files worth of patching if I reinstall...

Every game I know when they release somthing or do mantenence its never exacly on time. lol

so don't expect anythign from anyone who releases a free game. Just bear with the fact that things happen.
