We understand your concerns about the commencement of Open Beta for Deco Online. We have run into some issues with the game servers and are trying our best to rectify the niggling issues.
Please be assured that our staff is working round the clock to ensure that the Open Beta can start soon for all our members to start playing.
We will announce on our website as soon as we have the servers ready.

An automated machine answered that. You silly dilly and of course they are asleep but even if they were working round the clock the chances of the server being up anytime soon are well I dont know but by the looks of it ITS NOT GOOD

Ask them if they have a Deco Online Forum then wait and see if you get the same exact answer.

someone ask the customer service whether the mail is automated lol...
if it is then it would be obviouslty answered the same way.
