My dad cheated on my mom four different times and they're still together. (My mom found out about all of them at the same time.)
It seems to me that people think that just because it is socially acceptable to divorce immediately after finding out about the other's unfaithfulness they should leave. Divorce, as much as it is necessary at times, shouldn't be the first thing that comes to mind when you find out about infidelity- ahh, this is a rant for another time.
God be with you man, parents fighting is Hell, and so is divorce.
Anyway, my advice is to not take sides, but simply go with the one you think would take care of you the best. Also, tell your mom you don't need to spend that money on you, and that you love her anyway... That is, assuming that you do love her.
