1GIG of RAM is the standard these days, and a Celeron processor won't get you any high-end gaming really.
A Geforce 6200 would be suitable I suppose, atleast you could play Far Cry on medium settings, it's cheap now too. No point getting a more expensive card really, as it would be wasted on a machine like that. Buy a cheap graphics card, and a RAM stick.
