Cartman's victory in Warcraft. a couple of question

The pker was going through the low level alliance town and killing Cartman and his friends, thus preventing them from leveling further outside.

The pker was at such a high level that he could do whatever he wanted and Blizzard could not stop him.

Cartman and his friends gained alot of weight because for several weeks, all they did was play WoW and eat fast food.

2. But, couldn't the admin suspense or bann his account for mass-pking? is not like a high level player could have control of the entire game.
