dont click too many times? or maybe try a browser reinstall

I've been having this problem for months, and no one has yet to provide a solution.
Gotta love ijji's website, though. You can't contact customer support unless you're logged in, which completely screws us over.
Hopefully someone will know what to do, but I've unfortunately lost hope.
