They don't care about shit like that.The ideas behind this are for people who go around yelling "I hate niggers" and shit like that. Those our some of the most common problems with live, I'm glad Sony wants to stop it.
By the way, when you get banned from XBL you get banned from that system. Meaning you'd have to buy a new one. This case is barely any different then with XBL bans.
