Default For those of you that play nwn

I have recently started playing on a server that I already love, but it is quite small and is in need of new players. Its called battle quest http://www.olander.fu8.com/

It really is great, a main reason being the ORSv4. Down below is listed just some of the things this system introduces.

    Exclusive ORSv4 Introduction!! Amazing!

    - CEP2 plus ORS_Addon (small DL)
    - Create your own Weapons and Armor.
    - Horses and Pack Animals (ORSv4 Style)
    - Henchmen (ORSv4 Style)
    - Pets (ORSv4 Style)
    - Contracts and Bounties on TONS of Drops
    - OQS Persistent Questing
    - OAI Epic heart pounding combat. Ohh YEAH!!
    - Player Housing.
    - Detailed Areas (Even for NWN Standard).
    - Massive scale wars.
    - Shayan's Subrace System!
    - and a TON more!!

Dms on the server are extremely helpful, right when I logged in a DM came to me and helped me all the way through the beginning process in setting up my character correctly. Half an hour into gave a dm approached me as one of the npcs and sent me on my own quest ran by him on the spot. The community there as well is helpful and showed me around town and gave me useful items to start with. Not just crappy usual noob items either, but stuff that sold for thousands of gold at the shop. So anyways if you play nwn, I was just hoping you'd drop by and try the server out.

O btw, the server is very action oriented, and yes theres lots of crafting features and stuff, but there is ment to be a lot of partying and fighting. The Rp is heavy as well. And even though the server is action oriented, believe me its not like a boring hack and slash. There's some much to such as crafting and fishing and mining and cooking and buying a house and riding mounts and such that it doesn't get boring in a lack of features way.

nice to see so much feedback! Ya it's for one and it requries both expansion and custom content to be downloaded released by nwn creators. http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view...Detail&id=7000

Also some small files need to be downloaded from the site but that only takes like 2 minutes.

And I agree i hated single player. It was so boring but believe me multi play is so much more different. With features and content and such, and I'm sorry for posting it in the mmorpg section I know it's not, close to one but it isn't.

so far i've just been going through some of the features of the game on paper it sounds great. I am next going to check out the forums to kind of get some more details on the game discussions but the there is one for NWN1 and NWN2 I guess I am just wondering what are the major differences between the two games, is one significatly better than the other sort of thing?

the difference is graphics, nothing else. And from what I've read about nwn2, there are so many bugs and glitches and annoying things about it it isnt worth getting yet. Wait for stuff to be fixed by the developers and then get it. Plus right now there aren't many servers on nwn2. All the features and game and everything is the same though

you have to buy nwn. It is 20 bux for diamond edition which has all the expansions and the game combined. Then download those files at the site and the cep 2 from bioware or something like that

haha ya I know what you mean. I initially bought the game a long time ago because it was cheap, and yet I haven't found anything like it. I always end up leaving mmorpgs for nwn
