NCsoft isn't a fan of F2P games, dungeon runners is mostly F2P and if they don't come through with new features and more members itll shut down most likely, and they also cut down auto assault because it wasn't making enough money to maintain. So I doubt a really new, great graphics, story line, distinguished developers-game would be F2P with a cash shop.
