DnF JP GameGuard Errors

Whenever I try to start the game, I get the following 2 error messages.

And there's only 2 files in the GameGuard folder for the game, "npgl.erl" and "npgg.erl". Now I'm wondering if the GameGuard isn't installed considering how there aren't any other files, or if GameGaurd is corrupted or what the problem is. And if it's missing the files, then if anyone could upload them or tell me what to do about this. Quick help would be appreciated, thanks.

This was a fresh install and my first install of the game on this computer, does anyone else have any other files in their GameGuard folder for the game? I'll try re-installing, but I don't believe that that's going to help. I'm also getting the first error when I try to start Concerto Gate, then I get 2 different errors after that and it closes.

Edit: Ok, no the re-install didn't help just like I thought.
Edit 2: I found out that I may need to restart my pc, considering all of the stuff that I do on my PC when I startup I'll get around to it eventually.
Edit 3: Yeh that was it, it works now.
