well, i don't there is one normal person who is at home at open heights. When you are born you only have like 2 or 3 fears, the rest are accumulated. One of the is falling, which is associated with heights therefore making most normal people uncomfortable at heights.
Some people like me though, have crossed the line into ridiculous. Being perfectly honest, I can't even go up the step things at raging waters to go on a water slide. It ticks me off, cause I really enjoy them.

Lol once I was looking at a list of different phobias, and they had "fear of long words", "fear of vegetables", and - for this phobia I actually remember the technical name - xenophobic (not sure on spelling) which is, supposedly, being afraid of Chinese people...
But I don't really have any phobias myself.
