confused about naruto (contains spoilers)

well, i just finished naruto manga 367, and i can safely say I am confused as
all hell. its so damn confusing, and unless i missed something, i don't know what the hell is going on. If you know the answers to any of the following, please feel free to answer.

1. Who the hell is Tobi? [AKA mr. lolipop] I've heard people say Uchia Obitio and Uchia Madara (or however you spell it) Which is he if any, and how the hell did you get this info. is there some website that explains everything? anyway, moving on

2. Who the hell is the leader of akatsuki? I've heard people say the 4th, naruto's father all kinds of shit. I just want to know who he is if there is a solid answer. If there isn't just say so.

3. Is there some prequel to naruto that explains all of this? i heard something about kakashi gaiden or something, but i think its a lame spin off (haven't seen it yet). Is this where all the answers are?

well, those are the main ones that have been eating me, so if someone could do me the pleasure of answering my questions, that'd be great! thanx!

1. I myself have no idea. I was thinking Obito and Madara myself, considering they are the only Uchiha clans men away from Konoha while this was going on, because they are the only that are alive, if Obito survived that incident at Kakashi Gaiden. I personally think it's Obito because Obito was all happy in Kakashi Gaiden, and so is Tobi. They both have a cheerful nature. They both have the Sharingan. They both look like they have only one Sharingan, because Obito gave the other to Kakashi during Kakashi Gaiden and Tobi just isn't showing the other side. So yeah, that's what I think. This is all just quick speculation. No information from outside my very big head.

2. Tobi is the leader. It was revealed that the so-called leader of Akatsuki, the guy with the piercings and everything, was taking orders from Tobi. I think this was clearly shown to everyone near the end of Chapter 364.

3. Kakashi Gaiden might describe a few things, but not all of them. Kakashi Gaiden is the only prequal that I heard of, so I don't know about that.

Obito could have gone through a change after dealing with a traumatic experience like what happened in Kakashi Gaiden, IF he survived.
