Dear General, what has happened to you?

You used to be so quiet and normal, yet always had a good topic, to flaunt your work.

You used to be fun, now you have furries, you used to have polity, and now you have horrible topic quality.

Dear General, what has happened to you?

...That was something random I made up, it rhymes, deal with it.

Anyways, what really has happened? Now everytime I go into a thread, I see stupidity and furrys. Everytime I go to reply, a post under me has a picture of a woman or a man, asking, "Would you hit it" "Would you punch it" "Would you talk to it"...who cares?

I used to be a pretty well known member by a lot of people around here, the name was Scref, I also went by Kichi.

So...what has happened?...The thing that set off General was when the whole "The Mods are Corrupt" rebellion happened here...why is General so close to /b/ now? It's horrible.

i miss cosplay threads :/.. and i liked the would you hit it sigs D:.. and i havent saw furrys posted on general to be honest..maybe its because quicky is inactive?

The would you hit it sig was a trend that I created out of pure randomness, but it seem like alot of people like it.And it die away.

The will you hug it,died away.

It just a fad.I myself have never been to the old onrpg in the past so I wouldn't know how exactly it was like.

But times change and generation step up with something you may like or not.

I deny your statement. The best threads, ever, were three years ago, the summer of '69...oh wait, that's a song...but yeah three years ago, old board, FTW.

Nothing like that huge thread on Godborn and the whole scandal I was in with Admin Abuse, how they spammed ONRPG due to me, there was like, three topics with over 100+ replies spamming about their game and that I lied, and how it was awesome, and then the admin making an account to say sorry, that he had nothing to do with it...Haha, what fools. THOSE TOPICS, were the best topics.

It far from it.While the majority of the thread nowday are random, some are still informative and good.

This place won't turn into /b/.I gureenteed it.Sure I myself posted a few pictures of randomness.But that was only in non serious thread.And I just want a few laugh out of people.

We still hold intelligent conversation/discussion at time when it needed.

This is still a great community to be a part of.Don't stray yourself from it, just because of the few 'temporary' flaws.

I mean, every day there is one topic posted where someone is asking for help with relationships or computers.

I swear, we should just rename this section "Therapy and Customer Support".

Oh and, people aren't running out of ideas, it's actually just that most of the older members/more mature members are being overtaken by the amount of younger members/immature members. It's a steady decline that happens to everything. CS 1.6 was great, CS:S is full of kids screaming, "PWNED N00B!" over and over, and spraying porn all over the map instead of playing CS:S.

That's no excuse, that's just saying that you're dense-minded(not you personally). There are PLENTY of topics too discuss. What about the theory of Nature vs. Nurture? Or how about the topic of sacrificing a human life for the furtherance of science?

Sorry but your arguement means nothing.

90% of what you find on /b/ is brought there form other places. Its liek saying the internets came up with "owned" when no, no they didnt, It was originaly used in the Army.

Yes, but I agree with him in the fact that OnRPG is turning into the next /b/, and personally, I don't like it. I despise /b/ because, and I hope this doesn't get out from some unknown source, I find them all to be extremely immature. They think they own the internet...

I let people do what they want, and I don't mind if people are furries or /b/tards, but please, KEEP IT TOO YOURSELF! /b/ was made for /b/, don't bring it here!

In all honesty, /b/ is the place where human nature comes out. Pain suffering all coexist with laughter and smiling when the ideology of modern morals of society are removed.
