Yes, I am a jackass, that's why 80% of the people on ONRPG joined my thread including three mods, gave me 17 rep, and created a group to prevent /b/. I am OBVIOUSLY a horrible person.

Sorry the steps didn't work, ATI said that is a problem with some people's computers. I looked around on their site and they said they are working on the issue. Looks like you can't do anything until they fix it with a patch.
